Vibration (accelerometer) and audio (microphone) recordings captured during a scan are processed entirely on your iPhone. Raw sensor data is never uploaded, transmitted, or shared. Diagnostic results and scan history are stored locally on your device.
If you create an account, we use Firebase Authentication (Google LLC) to manage sign-in. Depending on the method you choose, Firebase processes your email address, display name, and a unique user identifier (for Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide a private relay email). We use this solely to authenticate you. See Firebase's privacy documentation.
Subscriptions and one-time purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment details.
AI-generated explanations and the "Ask the Mechanic" chat run on-device using Apple's Foundation Models. Your questions and scan data are not sent to any server.
The app contains no third-party analytics or advertising SDKs and does not track you across apps or websites.
Deleting the app removes all local scan data. To delete your authentication record, email anandraj.sengupta@icloud.com.
